Q: I know the basics of healthy eating. Will a You Are Well Coach still benefit me?
A: Yes, absolutely! Our coaching helps you take what you know to the next level. By filling in the gaps and putting the information into practice, your coach can support you in making positive, lasting changes.
Q: How long do I need to have a coach?
A: The exact length of time is completely up to you! We don't have any minimum requirements for how many months you have your coach, but we find that most people prefer to have a coach for between 3 to 6 months. We take each month as it comes and allow you to decide when you're ready to give things a go on your own.
Q: Do I have to follow a specific diet when working with a coach?
A: No. In general, You Are Well does not promote any one specific type of diet as individual needs and health challenges can dictate any number of nutrition requirements. Rather than following a predetermined diet, we help you create a balanced diet that works for you.
Q: What if I need more specific protocols than the coach can provide?
A: Because our entire team works very closely, your coach will be able to gain support and advice from our qualified nutrition consultants. Should your health goals demand more specific protocols than what the coach can comfortably provide, you will be referred to one of You Are Well's consultants or to another consultant or practitioner who we feel could better serve you. Our goal is for you to receive the best support for you and your specific health goals, even if that means referring you out of our business.
