I’m Rebekah, and I’m so glad you’re here. If you're dealing with some health issues that have you feeling frustrated, alone, and struggling to maintain hope, you've come to the right place.
I want you to know you’re not alone.
Let me share a little bit about my story. My health issues started off in my teens with what seemed to be nothing more than the annoyance of having trouble losing weight and a few bad sinus infections. What I didn’t know at the time is that these seemingly normal issues were my body’s way of telling me that things were off, and if I didn’t adjust, it would only get worse.
My teens and early twenties were essentially a series of diets that caused ups and downs in my weight, sinus surgeries and treatments that only served as a band-aid, unproductive hormonal therapies that did little to resolve my problems, and a foreshadowing of the emotional and mental challenges that were to come. Doctors told me I was “fine” and all the blood work showed “normal”, but I knew there was nothing “normal” about the way I felt, and I wasn’t content to stay that way.
Eventually, I discovered Ayurveda and holistic nutrition; it was the first time my health issues, and the possible solution, made sense. I made changes…and they worked!
I saw amazing improvements to my hormone levels, my skin, my weight, and my respiratory/sinus health. For a while, it was all I needed to keep me at optimal health. Eventually, the stresses of life became more taxing than my body could handle, and it took much deeper nutritional therapies to support the demands on my body. Those therapies were a life-saver and totally necessary to keep me moderately well, but I needed more.
Even as a board certified holistic nutritionist eating better than ever and living as natural and toxin-free as I could, there were mental, emotional, and spiritual burdens that were weighing on my health. My recovery from adrenal fatigue, anxiety, depression, and digestive issues had to come from a multifaceted approach: one that worked on the mind, the body, and the spirit.
Healing for me came from supporting my body and my mind through nutrition, and my mind and my spirit through Christ.
Over the last 8 years, as I have worked with women from around the US and Canada, I have found this to be true: It is impossible to separate healing of the body and the mind from healing of the spirit, as there is both scientific and scriptural proof that there is a direct connection.
Health isn’t a destination, it’s a journey. I so intimately understand what it’s like to be on a part of that journey that feel impossible, and I want to meet you there.
My desire is to help you see a better path and guide you there, one step at a time.

Complete physical wellness is deeply rooted in spiritual wellness. Our spiritual health largely impacts our mental state, and because of the biochemical relationship between the mind and the body, our mental state impacts how well our body is function. The spiritual side of health is as much about having a healthy relationship with God that will subsequently impact our physical health as it is about praying and trusting Him for healing.
