Our Motivation

It pains us when we hear of people suffering unnecessarily from health challenges, however minor they may seem.

From health issues as seemingly simple as difficulty losing weight, nagging headaches, low energy, or frequent illnesses, to more complex issues like anxiety, digestive disorders, or hormonal imbalances, we want you to know you’re not alone, and the natural solution may be more attainable than you think.

We are passionate about being free from the traps of dieting and band-aid solutions to health challenges. We believe the best health starts with our diet, and the best diet is always the most delicious and satisfying one. That’s why we teach people what they need to know in a way they can understand, give them the tools to apply what they learn to their lives, and connect them to a community that supports and encourages them to approach health naturally.

Our founder, Rebekah Fedrowitz, experienced many health challenges of her own that were disregarded or unresolved by conventional treatments. She knows first-hand how it feels to be just okay, but not great. Not well.
